Here is a quick and easy, rock star chic makeup tip. When we don’t have the time to do full on makeup before going out at night, you can use this trick. Dip your finger into a pot of waxy lip balm, than scribble a little dark brown or black eyeliner on top of the balm. Gently rub the finger into the roots of the top lashes,and finish with several coats of mascara. The result is very rock star,and more it smears the better it looks – no touch-ups necessary ! How easy and Fun !
